June of 2010 will be a very big milestone for us; it will mark our 75th Anniversary. Thanks to our many loyal customers, we have come to enjoy a unique position in the market place. My family and I intend to continue to work very hard to maintain City Fish Market's position by the continuation of the company's traditions, accomplishments and capacities.

Quality is very important to City Fish Market. Many companies talk about quality but do very little to follow through providing good quality to customers. More than talk quality, we are dedicated to providing quality products and service. To assure quality, we have a well trained staff of dedicated people that have been with us for many years. Many employees are with as more than twenty years. We have in place an up to date HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Plan) plan approved by the FDA. Our health plan is reviewed and our plant is inspected by the FDA and local health officials on a regular basis. Family member, Steve Ulisse serves as plant manager; he supervises with a hands on manner and by walking around directing and observing the work. A temperature controlled environment assures quality is maintained throughout the manufacturing and packaging process.

Modern refrigerated vehicles ensure temperature sensitive seafood is maintained at the right temperature to preserve taste and quality. Regular pick ups of fresh fish are made with our tractor-trailer to ensure quality is maintained from vessel to consumer. Seafood is the most perishable commodity; it requires hard work to maintain its quality throughout the process.
